Document screening : GPA and extracurricular activities. People with official test scores of foreign languages or other job-related certifications will be given preference.

Interview : 1st – Team Leader’s interview ( job and aptitude interviews), 2nd – Executives0’ Interview (English fluency and personality etc.), 3rd – CEO’s Interview.
